I am Stella, founder of Stella Prime – Universal Consciousness, est 2012, a space devoted to healing, remembrance, spiritual growth, and guiding others inward toward deeper connection with themselves.

​

My work brings together Medical Mediumship, Multidimensional Healing, Psychic Channelling, Shamanic Herbalism, Reiki, Spiritual Teaching, and energetic healing practices that support the mind, body, soul, and spirit as one interconnected whole.

​

From a young age, I experienced a deep sensitivity to energy, spirit, and the unseen layers within others. Through my ancestral line, I carry the gift of Medical Mediumship, a path also held by my grandmother before me. Over time, this connection deepened into the work I now offer to support others through healing, guidance, energetic awareness, and spiritual understanding.

As a Medical Medium and energetic practitioner, I work intuitively within the energetic field of the body, beginning through the aura and deeper energetic systems. Through this connection, I may receive insight surrounding emotional, spiritual, energetic, and physical imbalances that may be impacting overall wellbeing. My role is not to diagnose, but to help bring awareness, guidance, energetic support, and deeper understanding to what the body and soul may be communicating.

Every session is approached with compassion, care, integrity, and deep respect for the individual journey of each person who enters this space.

​

My offerings include intuitive readings, aura and chakra sessions, Reiki healing, energetic clearing and balancing, spiritual guidance, meditation work, and multidimensional healing sessions designed to support reconnection, inner clarity, emotional healing, nervous system restoration, and spiritual alignment.

​

I also offer Past and Linear Life sessions, allowing deeper exploration into recurring soul patterns, emotional imprints, trauma and experiences that may still be influencing the present life journey. These sessions often provide profound understanding, healing, and self awareness for those seeking deeper insight into the soul’s path.

​

For those feeling called toward spiritual development, I offer structured learning pathways and spiritual programs designed to gently support awakening, energetic understanding, intuition, healing practices, chakra work, connection with spiritual guidance, and personal growth in a grounded and supportive environment.

​

My Reiki training pathways include Usui Reiki Levels 1 and 2, as well as advanced teachings for those who later feel called toward the Reiki Master pathway. These teachings are designed not only to help you learn energy healing techniques, but to deepen your connection with yourself, your intuition, and the energetic world around you.

​

Alongside this work, my Shamanic Moon Circles and Women’s Circles offer sacred spaces for healing, release, connection, ceremony, reflection, and reconnection with both the cycles of nature and the deeper cycles within ourselves as women and spiritual beings.

​

My work is deeply rooted in the understanding that true healing is not simply about “fixing” the self. It is about remembering the wisdom already held within, creating safety within the body and nervous system, reconnecting with spirit, and returning to deeper alignment with who we truly are beneath conditioning, fear, overwhelm, and disconnection.

​

Sessions and programs are available both in person throughout Adelaide and worldwide online via Zoom, allowing this work to be accessible no matter where you are in the world.

​
